ALMÔNDEGAS COM TÂMARAS E AMÊNDOAS.
RECEITA.
INGREDIENTES:
500 gramas de carne de porco (carne suina) picada.
1 ovo.
150 gramas de arroz cozido.
20 gramas de amêndoas cortadas em palito e torrada.
Sal a gosto.
Pimenta a gosto.
125 gramas de tâmaras descadas .
4 colheres (sopa) de pão ralado.
Casca ralada de 1/2 limão.
1 colher (sopa) de mostarda.
4 cebolas descascadas e cortadas em cubos pequenos.
100 milímetros de caldo de carne.
100 milímetros de vinho branco.
2 folhas de louro.
Azeite de oliva para fritar.
MODO DE PREPARAR:
1. Misture o arroz cozido com a as amêndoas e o ovo e tempere com o Sal e a pimenta.
2. Corte as tâmaras em cubos e coloque junte com o arroz e acrescente a carne e a casca ralada do limão e a mostarda.
3.Com as mãos bem limpas e molhadas molde as almôndegas.
4. Coloque o azeite em uma frigideira e leve para esquentar .
5. Passe as almôndegas com tâmaras e amêndoas no pão ralado e frite-as no azeite.
6. Coloque as cebolas junto com pouco de azeite em uma panela e frite até ficar douradas, adicione o vinho e o caldo e a folha de louro, deixe cozinhar por 10 minutos.
7. Pegue as almôndegas e coloque junto do caldo e cozinhe por 15 minutos.
8. Deixe esfriar e sirva acompanhado com pão.

CANDLES WITH DATES AND ALMONDS.
RECIPE.
INGREDIENTS:
500 grams of minced pork (pork).
1 egg.
150 grams of cooked rice.
20 grams of almonds cut on a stick and toast.
Salt to taste.
Pepper to taste.
125 grams of fallen dates.
4 tablespoons of breadcrumbs.
Grated peel of 1/2 lemon.
1 tablespoon of mustard.
4 onions, peeled and cut into small cubes.
100 mm of broth.
100 mm of white wine.
2 bay leaves.
Olive oil for frying.
WAY OF PREPARING:
1. Mix the cooked rice with the almonds and the egg and season with salt and pepper.
2. Cut the dates into cubes and place together with the rice and add the meat and the grated lemon rind and the mustard.
3. With your hands very clean and wet mold the meatballs.
4. Place the oil in a frying pan and bring to a boil.
5. Dip the meatballs with dates and almonds over the breadcrumbs and fry them in olive oil.
6. Place the onions with a little oil in a pan and fry until golden brown, add the wine and the stock and the bay leaf, cook for 10 minutes.
7. Take the meatballs and add them to the broth and cook for 15 minutes.
8. Allow to cool and serve with bread.
